Please download the softphone application to your computer.

Install:
Once the file is downloaded, you can go ahead and run it to install it.
For work computers, you may need IT to install this program.
Run file name:
TeleGo-Desktop-1.0.15.0-x64.exe
Follow the prompts:
Click on the Next button
Click on the Install button
Wait for the program to finish the installation.
Click on the Finish button
Log in to the softphone
The softphone should open the login screen
Put in the login credentials email for each user individually
and click the Sign in button.
Click on the Agree button
Optionally, you can set the softphone to be the default application for calls
You can skip this step
Settings button will open Windows settings
search the field: set a default for a file type or link type
for: callto
click on: choose a default
choose TeleGo
click on Set default
and close the Windows settings window.
In software, click on the Next button to complete the sign-in
Click the finish button
