To schedule your Holiday you now have the option to do this yourself. In order to do this, you must be the administrator of the account. If you are not sure if you are the administrator, please reach out to support@telego.net to request. The main account holder must be notified and approve the request before you can make these changes.
Step 1. Go to portal.telego.net and log into your account. You will then be greeted to the main menu once you log in.
You want to click on the Phone Systems icon to proceed.
Step 2. Select the Holiday Greetings from the side menu on the left
Click on the Account that you’d like to add the holiday greeting for.
You will then be presented with the screen below.
Step 3: Choose the mailbox extension that you would like to send callers to after the holiday message is played, or you can select No Mailbox.
Step 4: Click on + Add New Holiday
You will then see new items appear. Start time End time Recording etc.
Click on the little calendar icon for the start and end times to schedule what date and time you want to start and end. For this example, the start and end time is for the entire day of 4/12/2024
Do the same for this same step for the “End Time” as well.
Step 5: Then click Edit under Recording.
Once you click Edit you have 3 options.
- You can select a pre-recorded message we put up. You can play each message and see what fits for you
2. You can upload your own sound file. You will need to scroll down to see the upload button.
3. You can use our AI generated Audio by text feature if you want to type the message instead.
If selecting the Generate Audio by text the screen below will pop up.
You will need to select a voice and then enter the text on the text field. You will need to do this in the order shown in the picture below.
Once Generated you can listen to the recording by hitting the play button.
Once everything sounds and looks good, press the save button
You will be brought back to the previous screen.
Step 6: Review the information, ensure that the start time and end time is correct. Then click on Save
You will then see the scheduled greeting in the holiday greetings list.
Scheduling more that one greeting
If you need two different holiday messages to play on two different dates. You will need to add another start end time. You can do this by clicking + Add New Holiday
You will see another set of Start time End time and Recording Edit button appear.
Follow the steps above to complete this set up and then hit save. This will allow you to schedule multiple holidays for the same number.
